Nikki is a registered provisional psychologist providing therapy for individuals, couples and non-monogamous relationships, and families. Nikki’s work with clients is informed by a variety of approaches, including but not limited to parts work, narrative therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, and the flash technique. Inclusivity is at the heart of her practice. Nikki focuses primarily on anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationships, addictions, and self-harm. Hello! I’m a registered provisional psychologist working with teens (15+), adults, and couples. I offer in-person and virtual sessions. I support individuals with a range of concerns including substance use, concurrent mental health and addiction concerns, OCD, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and emotion regulation. I also work with couples who want to manage conflict, improve communication, and strengthen their connection. Although I tend to work from a CBT, SFT, DBT-informed, and ACT approach, I tailor treatment according to each client’s needs and preferences.
